MANAGEMENT FEES
Commission 7.7% includes GST
Administration $10.00 + GST each month
Letting Fee One weeks rent + GST for each new tenancy
Lease Fee $33.00 for each lease signed
Internet Advertising At cost
Court Appearance $50 per hour (if applicable)
Application to Court At cost (if applicable)
Water usage 7.7% (if applicable)
Disaster damage 5.5% (if applicable)
Key Cutting At cost (if applicable)
