Please note the important information below that is required to be able to assist you in securing a rental property with minimal delays.
Important Information:
We cannot process an application unless you have signed the declaration section of the form.
Each adult is required to provide the following:
- Photo ID
- Medicare card
- Three payslips or Centrelink statement
- Home owners to provide council rates and the selling agent details
Our tenant application form can be typed into before printing and signing or can be filled in by hand. Applications must be signed and can be returned to us via the following methods:
- Scanned and emailed to spm@shortlandproperty.com.au
- Faxed to 02 4955 7897
- Presented at our office
- Presented to the Property Manager at the property (if arranged prior)
