Shortland Property Management is a boutique property management company that specialises in managing Residential and Commercial investments for small to large corporate investors, property developers, super funds and individual investors. With 70+ years combined experience managing property investments for clients across Newcastle, Port Stephens, Hunter Valley and Central Coast, the team at Shortland pride themselves on their proactive and strategic management approach and attention to details, helping you get the best rent return possible from your investment.
All staff hold a Real Estate Licence or have a Certificate of Registration, working on obtaining their Licence. They attend seminars and exams throughout the year to meet NSW Fair Trading regulations.
Continued Professional Development (CPD) is mandatory for all Real Estate Professionals.
We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
After hours appointments are available upon request.
