  • Commission 7.7% includes GST
  • Administration $10.00 + GST each month
  • Letting Fee One weeks rent + GST for each new tenancy
  • Lease Fee $33.00 for each lease signed
  • Internet Advertising At cost
  • Court Appearance $50 per hour (if applicable)
  • Application to Court At cost (if applicable)
  • Water usage 7.7% (if applicable)
  • Disaster Damage 5.5% (if applicable)
  • Key Cutting At cost (if applicable)
