We have recently introduced Rentalz On Demand to all of our Landlords. This is a 24/7 document portal where Landlords can obtain monthly statements, end of year statements and Landlord correspondence.




Brand new homes may require a telephone line connection to allow your tenant to connect their phone and internet. There will be a connection fee of $240.00 reimbursed to the tenant.


Our office will arrange for garbage and recycling bins to be delivered to the property.



1ST May, 2006 it is illegal not to have a smoke detector at the premises, how many smoke detectors are determined on the size of the home.


Our office policy requires a qualified technician to attend the property every 12 months to carry out maintenance and test the smoke alarms. We are then issued with a certificate of compliance to prove the Landlord/Agent maintains the smoke alarms.




It is recommended that all Landlords take out a Landlord Insurance Policy to help protect their most valuable investment.


Tenant circumstances can change such as loss of job, death, health concerns or family issues.


Things to consider when choosing an Insurer

  1. Excess payable on rent arrears
  2. Excess payable on damage – per item
  3. Is the tenant required to be in a fixed lease at all times
